  • The outer surface of the device is made of corrosion resistant electrostatic painted galvanised sheet and the inner surface is made of chrome nickel stainless sheet material.
  • Incubator door is double glazed, lockable and magnetic sealed. In this way, it allows stock tracking.
  • The device operates with a mains voltage of 195-230 V/50 Hz.
  • The incubator provides even heat distribution with its reinforced fan system.
  • The device is set to +22 degrees. It works with 0.5 degree tolerance.
  • In-cabinet illumination of the incubator is realised with LED lamp.
  • User friendly microprocessor digital control panel was used on the incubator. This system can store data in its memory for 30 days. There is a USB output on the device. The user can record the cabinet degrees for 10 years on USB and transfer these records to PC in excell format.
  • The thermostat on the device control panel can measure with an accuracy of 0.1 degree.
  • The device control panel is equipped with an automatically recharged accumulator system. This system ensures that the digital control panel and thermal printer continue to operate for 24 hours in case of possible power outages.
  • When the upper and lower temperature limits are exceeded during the incubator operation, when the door of the device is open, when there is a power failure or low voltage problem, the device warns with visual and audible warning signals. It sends the error codes to the thermal printer together with the screen.
  • If the door is opened while the incubator is running, the fan system and platelet shaker stops. The system continues to operate when the door is closed. Again, if the agitator stops, the incubator continues to alarm.
  • The cooling system and the insulation system of the incubator do not contain CFC gases harmful to the ozone layer.
  • Numerical transcripts of the data can be taken from the thermal printer in the incubators.
