  • Breast milk cabinets, which we produce as EMSAŞ A.Ş., allow the preservation and freezing of breast milk in a way that prevents the loss of nutritional value of breast milk in neonatal intensive care units, milk banks and obstetrics services.
  • The outer surface of our cabinets is made of rust-resistant electrostatic painted galvanised sheet and the inner surface is made of stainless sheet material.
  • Our cabinets operate with 195-230 V / 50 Hz mains voltage.
  • The door of our cabinets is double glazed, lockable and magnetic sealed. In this way, it allows stock tracking.
  • Each drawer of our cabinets is made of stainless steel sheet material and contains 20 compartments separated by letter and number systems to prevent breast milk storage containers and baby bottles from falling and to facilitate tracking.
  • Equal heat distribution is provided by the reinforced fan system in our cabinets.
  • Our cabinets operate silently and smoothly.
  • Our cabinets have a fully automatic defrosting system to maintain the efficiency of the cooling evaporator.
  • In-cabinet lighting of our cabinets is provided with LED system
  • User friendly microprocessor digital control panel is used on the cabinet. This system can store data in its memory for 30 days. Password protection system prevents unauthorised access.
  • There is a USB output on our cabinets. The user can record the cabinet degrees for 10 years via USB to an external flash memory and transfer these records to the PC in excel format.
  • The thermostat on the control panel of our cabinets can measure with an accuracy of 0.1 degree.
  • In the control panel of our cabinets, there is an automatically charged accumulator system. This system ensures that the digital control panel and thermal printer (OPS), if any, continue to operate for 24 hours in case of possible power outages.
  • When the upper and lower temperature limits are exceeded, when the door of the device remains open, when there is a power failure or low voltage problem, the device gives a visual and audible warning signal.
  • The cooling system and insulation system of our cabinets do not contain CFC gas harmful to the ozone layer.
  • There are two stoppered and two fixed castors on our cabinets that provide easy portability.
  • All medical devices manufactured by Emsaş A.Ş. are guaranteed for 2 years.
  • A thermal printer can be added to our cabinets upon user request. Numerical transcripts of the stored data can be obtained from the thermal printer.
  • All our products are manufactured in accordance with ISO 9001:2008, ISO 13485 TSE service place qualification requirements. The cabinet has CE certificate and barcode.
